ZONE 5 DESIGNS, LLC offers a complete team of design professionals working together to provide innovative solutions to Land Planning, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Representation through Municipal Process, Entitlements, Irrigati

on Design, Project Management and AutoCAD drafting.

Our design team is comprised of a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds in landscape architecture, civil engineering, environmental planning, ecology, biology, water resources management, horticulture and construction management. This diversity of professional experience allows us the flexibility to offer multi-disciplinary design services for projects of any scale.

Landscape and Construction Management Services can be provided on a subcontarct or time and materials basis contract. This service is an outgrowth from the Design Department due to complex project construction with little or no project supervision.

LAND PLANNING

Residential, commercial and recreational master plans, site planning, entitlements, representation through municipal process, golf course design and consulting.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE Planting plans, open space and recreational design, upland and wetland planting plans; pools, ponds & water features, recreational planning; project management; cost estimating and AutoCAD drafting.

IRRIGATION DESIGN Irrigation plans and construction detailing, pump stations, potable and non-potable systems. Rotor, spray and drip irrigation plans for single-family residential, municipal, commercial, industrial and recreational projects.

COMPUTER ASSISTED DESIGN AutoCAD Version 2009 & Civil 3D; Adobe Photoshop, PageMaker and Illustrator, construction documents, digital terrain modeling; 3D visualization; cut/fill calculations, sections, profiles and alignments.
